Xfer Serum on Window Desktop and Laptop

Hello, I'm gonna buy Xfer Serum.
But I use 2PC, WIndow desktop and laptop.
I search for some information about 2PC use of Serum but I can't understand.
I know that I can install it on both but it is not to be used from multiple locations simultaneously.
Then, If I use on desktop, I cannot  use on laptop
and if I use on laptop, I cannot use on desktop.
Is this right?

Thanks for the interest in Serum. 
You can use it on both machines at the same time from the same location.   You can't have it running from two physical locations (which implies a second person is using it).
