Xfer Serum Goes Offbeat

So i had this 2015 version of serum and it used to work good earlier then suddenly in 2016 it started having this problem.
when i place my midi in my daw and play it, it plays the notes in a swing and offbeat. what is the fix for it? i cant do anything and my system is good like that, big games work smoothly on it (dont know the specs rn)
