I have a recurring issue with Nerve, Serum, (the others I'm not sure) but they behave commonly: Instanciating the plugins works fine, but after saving sessions a few times with Nerve/ Serum ultimately crashes PT11. To the point where it's impossible to load the sessions which crash during load. The only workaround being to re-load the PT11 sessions with all plugins disabled, de-instanciating the Xfer plugins, re-saving the sessions, opening them anew and re-instaciating the Xfer plugins. Obviously at risk of losing my settings.
It took a little while to identify the behavior, but it's consistent enough for me to go for the Xfer plugs when PT 11 crashes on load.
I have updated the plugins but the issue persists. It seems to be common to my MBP 2014 (Mavericks, 16GB RAM) and the old Mac Pro (10.8.5, 24 GB RAM)
Could it be cache related?
I save versions of my mixes w. increasing version numbers.
I get discouraged to use Serum and Nerve both of which I'd prefer to use heavily.
Any ideas or suggestions?
