Using Mac OS, downloaded Serum from my account page, but I don't find where, which folder should I open and start up the software?

Try restarting the mac (this could be needed for AudioUnits) then look in your DAW under instrument plug-ins. Let me know youR DAW if you are stuck.

Restart the computer if you have not.
Look under a software instrument insert (where ES-1, ES-2, Ultrabeat, etc. appear) for AudioUnits->Xfer Records. If you don't see it there, look in Logic->Preferences->Plugin manager and look for Serum in that list / make sure it is enabled there.
