14 days ago, I started using Serum in multi instrument track in Pro Tools studio. And since then, I have been constantly cashing in intervals of approx. 5-15 minutes. Have checked the computer for errors and other things.
What is your experience in mixing Serum and Pro Tools Studio?
I would suggest to make sure Serum is up to date, and see if the database is rebuilding in the preset browser, if it is not, then I suspect the crash is not Serum, which has been the case with every report in the last year or so (the crashes I have seen are from other plugins). if you have a crash report we could take a look at it - use the support/contact page and we can troubleshoot further.
