Unable to load serum preset

Hey I recently moved to a windows computer, I transfered all my own patches on a usb to put on my new machine. I put my presets in the correct folder but upon opening them in Serum I get an error saying:

Unable to load preset: It is not a Serum preset!

The offending file is here: C:\users\Admin\Documents\Xfer\Serum Presets\Presets//User/Growly Patch.FXP

Can anyone tell me what the problem here could be? Updating my Serum hasn't worked..
