Serum is fantastic, want to buy, but it keeps crashing Pro Tools right after selecting certain random presets. Any update in the works on this?

The demo isn't up to date, Serum is compatible with ProTools. I'll have a demo update soon-ish.

I can't get Serum to load anymore. It crashes Pro Tools ( for Mac) when I choose it. And it loads a browser and goes to your website. Weird. Any answers?
Try running it once in a VST or AU host, it should work in ProTools at that point. email me if you don't have one.
That worked! I opened in Reaper and it wanted me to add my serial number again. I did. It loaded in Reaper. I quit that and started PT and loaded there and it worked perfectly. I had added my serial when I bought Serum a month ago.Not sure why it wasn't recognizing it earlier today. Anyway, it works now. Thanks Steve.
Serum crashed for me any time I attempted to load it in PT, so I tried loading it in
Reaper and it crashed Immediately after entering my serial number.
Then, I tried loading it in Ableton Live. I successfully entered my serial and then it crashed Live the moment I tried to switch presets. Am I doing something wrong? Using a 2015 Macbook Pro

That shouldn't happen, can you please command-shift- G in Finder (go to folder) and type or paste:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/
then send me the Live crash -> [email protected]
and I'll get right back to you.
My Pro Tools crahes the second i open the synth.
I dont have any other vst programs to open it in - how do i fix this ?
