Hello, i just searched whole forum and tried all solutions, but nothing helped. When installing Serum via Splice, Serum ask before starting the update, that it cannot find the presets folder and if version 1.0 is installed. There's no way to do anything other than clicking "ok" and update starts. I cannot find the presets anywhere on my PC (not in installation folder, not in documents folder and even not in user\documents folder (there's just an empty Serum-Folder). I also reinstalled splice and serum completely and there's the same issue again and again.
Is there someone, that can help?

Oh, i forgot to mention, that i deactivated all firefall and antivirus before installing again and again.

I'd suggest to use the "Reinstall" feature on the Splice app, if that's not working, visit the support page (under FAQ & Support) and include your Splice username.

Your Splice lease is under a different email address - it relates to your name - I would suggest sign out here, and then on the sign in page, use "forgot your password" to that email address. Then you should be able to log in here and find the update installer in "your account". If this is not working for you - I again suggest using the contact form on the support page (https://support.xferrecords.com/), because a public forum isn't the best place for this sort of correspondence (for your email privacy).
