Serum will not show the standard preset folder after installation through splice

I can find the 'Serum Presets' folder, but it says, "Most likely the folder has moved since installation. Either re-install or refer to the documentation!" I have re-installed the program multiple times, moved the folders and everything I can find on the internet without any luck.

Send help :'(

Try moving "Serum Presets" folder from the \Documents\ location to C:\ exactly so you have C:\Serum presets and no longer in the current location.
