Serum Preset folder missing

Hi, so I have Serum with the monthly pay plan through Splice, and when I try to load Serum in my DAW it tells me to select the preset folder, yet when I've searched I can't find the preset folder anywhere…
Help?

If you need to re-install Serum, open the client and navigate to the 'Plugins' Tab and click 'Reinstall'
If you are still stuck please provide your DAW and OS info.

Running FL Studio 12 on a 64-bit Lenovo Laptop
