Serum osc pitch lock for fm (fixed pitch)

thought adding the option could expand fm capabilities specially for techno bleeps
i would like to fix the pitch of one osc, use fm and play the other osc with the keyboard

You can disable an oscillator pitch tracking on the Global page.
