I purchased Serum through the rent to own option on Splice. I own it now and have a serial number. However, I've ran into a new issue. When I load up Serum in Ableton, it doesn't even show the plug in, it just takes me to this page: https://xferrecords.com/products/serum
On this page, it shows that I own Serum and even displays my serial number. I've tried re-installing Serum & the Splice app and logging out & in again, but nothing has fixed the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
