Greetings. I am producing a project for a partner/client who runs Studio One 5 Version 1.351 as a VST. He has given me his entire Studio One session project and files as a reference, which use approximately 10 instances of Serum. I run MOTU DP 10.13, however. I own Serum but do not have the same presets/snapshots as my partner/client. When storing his presets to my iMac, some save correctly as .FXP files. Others only save as .PRESET files or .INSTRUMENT files, even though the process I am using to attempt to save them is the same for each single one. The .PRESET and .INSTRUMENT files obviously to not load correctly or work. The incorrect/failed preset saves also only give me one (1) choice of where to save them - whereas the ones that save correctly give me the chance to pick the folder/location I want. Why does Serum save some presets correctly but not others? Out of maybe 10 instances I could only save 3 of them correctly. If the client altered or made his own patches, would that have an impact on this? I could use some fast help here. Running an iMac on OSX 10.15.7, 64gb RAM and a 3.1 GHz 8-core i9 processor in case you need that info. Thank you.
