When installing the Serum demo, instead of asking me for presets, it asks for a serial number instead. Help?
Serum demo won't prompt preset but wants serial number

The demo can not ask for a serial number, it is missing those code instructions. I would recommend to quit the DAW and delete the Serum plugin and verify it is no longer available in the DAW. Then re-run the demo installer and restart the DAW.
