Serum crashes in Ableton when scanning the database

Hello! I've bought Serum on Splice (thank you for this opportunity). When I try to scan the database the Serum crashes. What can be wrong?

But I don't have serumpresetdb.dat in my C:\Users\Константин\AppData\Roaming\Xfer folder. Maybe this is because of the Cyrillic?

We worked this out on email, it was indeed the Cyrillic username. I have it on the bug list, I think I can at least offer a workaround in the future.
