I just purchased serum via Propellerhead Reason but I get is a demo

Hi,

Thanks for the purchase - the demo version does not unlock. You want to quit Reason and install the Serum update which is the middle download for your OS in "your account". Serum should not show as demo next time you start Reason. If it does still, then most likely you are running Windows and installing Serum update to a different location that Reason looks for VST plugins (look in Reason settings for that location if you aren't sure of it).
