Serum 1.346 for M1 arm really native ?

Hi

I've just installed Serum 1.346 for my new M1 pro arm macbook pro (monterey), and i've noticed when i launch Serum, a small window first appears in Logic, which quickly changes to the full regular window.
Is this behavior normal ? I'm running the native arm logic version (not the rosetta one)

I'm quite positive it runs ARM native in Logic 10.7, as I don't have Rosetta2 installed on my M1.
The wheel spin is the interface loading.

I don't get any wheel spin, just this small window popping before launching Serum. It seems to be an odd behavior but after inspection it happens with every plugins it seems. The load is longer for intel plugins too, so i guess i should not worry about it.
