Everytime i ran serum its asking for CD-Key i downloaded last version from splice today it ran fine on the first run but after that it kept asking me for a CD-key.
What i've tried:

And basically i've got no idea what should i do now.
Here's boilerplate message from Splice (and me I guess now!):
Thanks for writing in, and sorry for any issues! Please make sure you have deleted any previous versions of Serum you have on your computer. Then confirm that you are signed into the Splice app (the Splice logo will appear in your menubar) and have the latest version of the Splice client installed. The current version for OSX is 2.1, and for Windows it's 1.2.15. If you need to download the Splice app, you can do so here: splice.com/download
If you need to re-install Serum, open the client and navigate to the 'Plugins' Tab and click 'Reinstall'
You can also download the Serum installer here: https://splice.com/plugins/install/serum
Please let me know if any issues persist!
hey dude I use serum and EVERY TIME ask me for the serial, and i put it but in 30 minute ask me again for serial, what happen? I have 1.10
I don't see you registered, and you're using an old version… although that is not related to your problem.
Please use the contact form for authorization issues.
I believe I found the solution, even though it isn't really one at all. For a couple of days I couldn't figure out why Serum was asking for the product key either. The instruction are very meticulous yet simple:
You MUST open the Splice client and make sure the plug-in is active before you open your DAW. If you open your DAW before you verify that the plugin is online, then you must restart your device before trying again, that has been my solution, and my rent-to-own Serum copy has worked smoothly since.
