Quick question, guys.

Just before placing my order for Serum, would somebody please tell me whether the Serum install includes the CodeMeter app? I've heard some horror stories about CodeMeter causing havoc on computers, particularly on Macs. Yes, I fully understand and support the efforts of developers to protect their software, but I also think that we, the honest consumers who always pay for their software, should not be subject to any abuse and hardship while using software that we have paid for.
My iMac is running OS Catalina version 10.15.4 Logic Pro X 10.4.8

I do not provide anything other than my software. The macOS installer (which is Apple software) installs:

• the content (data files for Serum)
• the plugin files (VST/AU/AAX)

Nothing else at all is installed, nothing to the system, no internet connection, etc.
