hey i bought serum about two weeks ago i use Logic Pro x i have the install_xfer_serum_demo.dmg
install_xfer_serum_update_109b4.dmg
and install_xfer_serumFX_Update_109b2.dmg
files and i tried installing them and fill out the forms from introduction to summary and it will say installation is complete but the software doesnt
open and i cant see an icon or anything it just closes out and i try the process over again when i cant find the software on finder or the launchpad and looked at the fine print under the downloads after purchase on the site and tried to follow theorder and installed the demo then the fx and then the last one but no matter what i do i cant seem to get the wavetable  open and when i open a new channel in logic with a serum instrument and open serum it brings to a demo version of this like it doesnt recognize that i have purchased the plug in so im not sure what i should do to get serum up and running functioning given the files i have from my purchase  and since this post i have tried opening it agiain it still opens the demo verision and only gives me to options buy or try so i click buy it brings me back to the homepage here and it says you own serum and in logic the serum tab will appear right below the midi fx tab and then  i went  to audio fx-au instruments- xfer records -SerumFx and i punched in  the serial number and it opened so i think Serum Fxshould work just fine but i cant get Serum to open properly on a channel as previsely explained with the demo dilemma so i would really appreciate if you could help solve the problem i have of not being able to get serum working properly so i can use my presets and make/save synths and not have my work deleted after 20 mins it will tell me to buy or try when i try but i already own Serum

The demo doesn't unlock:

Quit Logic and run the 1.09b4 update installer.  Then re-insert in Logic, it should not show demo at that point.  If it does for some reason, quit Logic and in Finder go to folder (command-shift-G)

/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
Delete Serum.component
re-run the 1.09b4 update installer.
Hope this helps,
Steve
