Plugin Boutique Purchase

I purchased LFO Tool on Plugin Boutique. Clicking the link to download the software takes me to the xfer instore page to input the serial # and register the purchase. However the Instore page tells me it is for new customers only and it will not let me login with my existing account that I created when I purchased Serum.

I have the receipt of purchase as well as the Serial Code, but I cannot download the software or register it to my account. Please advise what I should do.

Hello i have same problem…please answer me,but i dont download my LFO TOOL when im bought in pluginboutique and i have serial number.I have the receipt of purchase as well as the Serial Code, but I cannot download the software or register it to my account.
