Please help me.....Not working in Windows 10(error)

I used cubase 8.5, and can't loading Serum

The exception was thrown because of the plug-in :

Serum_x64'

& Finished my Splice plan. splice ID is - Prunad

I would recommend going to C:/%APPDATA%/ and deleting the Xfer folder.
Your lease is under an email starting with im07 I have moved it to this account so you can visit the Serum forum or download updates.

I haveing that problem too now and I tryed to delet the xfer folder from APPDATA and its still does that error :S please help!
