I just would know if the paiement is enable or not because i cannot download it.

Steve, I sent you an email through the contact form, but in case somebody else experiences similar problems, I want to point out that I keep receiving a 500 error when paypal redirects back to your site after I confirm I wish to make a purchase and stripe also doesn't work for me.

Looking for alternative way to purchase cthulhu…

that 500 error happens when Paypal rejects your payment (we should handle that more clearly+gracefully).  I did reply to your email as well, let me know (via email) if I can help further!

I tried both paying with Visa AND PayPal. Then I tried PayPaling money directly to you, co you could manually process the transaction, but it seems even that wonn't work (always declines my card)..

You should call the phone# on the card and inquire in that case, they should be able to tell you exactly what is up.

Your card is declined due to insufficient funds. Prices on the website are in USD not CAD, that might be the issue for you.

Hi, I am trying to buy Serum, but finding it impossible.
I have a UK bank account with a Visa Debit card, which is producing the following error:
"Sorry but there was an error with your payment. Your card was declined. "

I also tried using my Paypal account (attached to the same UK bank account) which resulted in another error:
"There was an error with your Paypal payment. The instrument presented was either declined by the processor or bank, or it can't be used for this payment. "

I checked my bank account and everything is fine. I also checked my PayPal account and there seems to be no issue.
Buying legal software should never be harder than piracy… how can I complete my purchase?

Hello. I paid the full price by accident since I used PayPal.It had a button to review the purchase and when I click on it the purchased went through but I wanted to use a coupon. I also wanted to make payments and not the full price right away. Could we work something out on this issue?
