OTT problem

I have a problem with OTT (Xfer)

I recently migrated to another laptop, I have all my information saved.

I use FL Studio, my PROBLEM is that when I open my projects from my other laptop, the knobs of all the plugins I use remain "normal" EXCEPT the OTT one. What I mean is that the OTT keeps its "default" parameters when I open my projects, when it shouldn't, messing up my mix.
Will it be a problem with the update?

I would suggest to go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 and delete OTT.vst3

FL Studio doesn't seem to "migrate" the VST2 settings to the VST3 properly. OTT was VST2 only prior.
