I'm normally a Windows person myself, but I've just set up a fresh new macbook (macOS 12.1) for my wife with Logic Pro 10.7.0. I noticed that OTT seems to have some display issues making it unusable - number/text boxes appear misplaced and completely black.

You need to update OTT: xferrecords.com/freeware
i have the same problem with the GUI and have downloaded and installed the update but it's still there. i use ableton live 11.0.12 on a m1 max macbook pro. i also deleted the ott.component then installed ott 1.31 and it's still there.
command-shift-G in Finder (go to folder) and type or paste:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
delete OTT.component, check any subfolders present there as well
also check the user dir in case you moved it there:
command-shift-G in Finder (go to folder) and type or paste (including ~ mark):
~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
re-run the 1.31 installer.
i did as instructed and it's still the same blacked out GUI. unistalling rebooting and doing the install again didnt change. but thanks for the assistance!
Did you verify the old version was no longer available? I assume it's the old version running from a subfolder or something. Can you see and click the "multiband up/down compressor" text and see the version which appears?
i deleted it/OTT.component as instructed, even redeleting the new install rebooting the macbook and then installing 1.31. the "multiband up/down compressor" isnt visible.
I would suspect it's related to running Live in Rosetta mode (?), but I'm not sure. They have a 11.1 coming with native support.
i tried using OTT 1.31 on the 11.1 beta and it doesnt show up under VSTs! serumfx doesnt either but both show up under AUs and works like it did before switching.
Sounds like you have older versions installed, your problem is unique AFAIK (no similar reports) - I would recommend to get info on the plugins in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST (system VST folder) and verify the version numbers on both.

Thanks Steve. I was having this same issue. Everything worked after I deleted OTT component and VSTs. New GUI looks and functions great.
