I ordered Serum today, asked my colleague to pay by creditcard (through paypal because stripe doesn't support a Chinese creditcard).
I received payment confirmation from Paypal and have a receipt no.
(Receipt No: 4193-1555-8024-7113)
How long will it take for being processed? or did something mess up and therefor no order is showing up at my account ?

Sorry to hear about the problem - orders are instant. I don't have a paypal order from China in quite some time (certainly not the last day), but I'm sure we'll figure it out.
Since this involves confidential information, you should use the contact form (or [email protected] - same thing) and give me as much information as possible regarding the payment (your colleagues name, for instance). If you can forward me the payment confirmation as well that would be helpful.
