It works with other synths OK? Make sure it is set to transmit on MIDI Channel 1.
Do I change that in MIDI SETTINGS in FL itself or in the plugin itself?
It would be a setting in the LaunchKey MINI device, I'm not familiar with it specifically, I'm guessing that is the issue, assuming the device is able to trigger other synths such as FL's internal ones. Check the manual regarding setting the MIDI channel, it should be 1 by default.
