no serial number

I just bought myself a new Laptop. I instantly downloaded Serum from the Website. To activate it, i Need to enter a Serial number, which is apparently found on the "Your Account" tab on the Website. but when i go there idt only says: No purchases. Even though I bought Serum one year ago on my old Laptop. I really Need help real soon because I have to finish a Project in two days.
