New to Serum. Install help. Thank you.

Hello, I am new to this program and attempting to run the demo to see if I like it enough to purchase. I am using a MacBook Pro with Seirra and I am trying to use it with Adobe Audition. Serum is not showing up in my effects or presets after install. Please help? Thank you! 

Hello, i wish i could help you, but i cant, im using windows so i really cant, sorry.
but can you help me with something? i have the demo version and a text just poped out saying that i have to type a serial number to open serum, and that code can be found here in this page, ¨under product keys when you log in¨ but i cant found it, can you help me pleeease?

original poster:  Serum is an instrument, you need a DAW which supports VST instruments such as Ableton Live, Cubase, Reaper, etc.

The demo version does not ask for a serial number.  Please mention your DAW and OS if you need help getting an old version removed.
When using Splice RTO, you should  not  be asked for a product key for Serum.  
Since you are, this means one of a few possibilities:

• you had previously installed an old copy Serum on the computer and it is (now) running
• Splice has not deposited a license on your computer (e.g. update Splice Client and log in)
