new ott version doesn't load in logic

i've downloaded the new update for OTT a number of times and it doesn't show up in Logic even if i restart my computer, any ideas?

Me too. I tried restart, full audio unit reset as well. Those did not work.

OTT is a stereo effect, it requires a stereo insert location.
Have you checked Logic's plugin manager?

Try /Applications/Utilties/Terminal.app and type or paste:

auval -v aufx XfTT XFER

Did not work. Still display as ver 1.26

If you have an old version, maybe you moved a file
1)
Command-shift-G in Finder:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components

delete OTT.component
(check subfolders also)

2)
Command-shift-G in Finder:
~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components

delete OTT.component if present (check subfolders also)

Restart the mac and verify OTT is not available. Then run the latest installer.
