Nerve vs other drum machines

Hi! I am looking for a new drum machine VST for my productions. I use cubase and have Groove Agent 5 SE, but lack of built in sequencer is somewhat of a turn-off. And other stuff. I just hate clicking notes on/off with mouse to the note editor. Nerve looks easy and fun to use (I have not tried the trial yet)

So I've been looking into Groove Agent 5 and Nerve. Nerve really looks awesome. But I have few questions:

-Can you set output of each track to a separate channel? For example for sidechaining or adding VST effects you want to use?
Let's say I have some of my own effect VST I want to use, So can I send for example Kick+Clap channel to separate output channel.

-Can you automate patterns? and does the pattern change in the end of pattern? Let's say I play Pattern A, and then middle of pattern A playing, I press "pattern B" so does Nerve wait in the end of pattern A and then switch to pattern B?

-How much you can automate in Nerve?

English is not my native language so It's hard to explain.

If anyone has experiences between Groove Agent vs Nerve, I am happy to know more. Looking videos always doesn't help that much. You need to hear some experiences from real people :)

-Can you set output of each track to a separate channel?

Yes, there are 16 output pairs.

-Can you automate patterns? and does the pattern change in the end of pattern?

You can automate pattern changes with the Pattern automation parameter, or use MIDI notes (recommended). The pattern change takes place next-step, it does not wait for bars to change pattern.

-How much you can automate in Nerve?

519 parameters total (sample start, envelopes, volume/pan/pitch/cutoff/res/LFOs/mute/solo etc).
