Nerve REX dll missing

Why is there a windows suddenly telling me that there is a REX dll missing? I'm on MAC and running Cubase, I have never encounter this problem before… any suggestions?

I do not distribute the Rex library. It is required if you want to load rex/Rx2 files. You can download it here:
