midi mapping presets select in ableton

Hi,
Does anyone know how you could map a button on a hardware controller keyboard to go to the next patch/preset in ableton live? And also how to midi map buttons like 'mono' in the portamento section?

You can map preset advancing in the latest Serum versions but not the demo.  If you purchase the info will be there.
