I would like to link the preset advance key in Serum to my M-Audio Oxygen 25, Can this be done?

Yes, it is possible to map the WT and preset < > arrows to MIDI notes.

You just need to enable the notes mode with a [2] (and what note numbers you want) at the end of Serum.cfg:

to get to Serum.cfg
OS X: (go to folder)
~/Library/Preferences/
Windows:
%APPDATA%\Roaming\Xfer\Serum

How come I can't right click on the arrows <> and map to midi? Is there a bug or something?

The MIDI remoting menu directly corresponds to automatable parameters list.
