Image-Line FL Studio 12 Plugin Database Image

For Some Reason the FL Studio 12 Plugin Database Image Tagging system wont work with any of the Xfer Plugins
at least all the ones i own (LFO Tool, Serum, & Cthulhu) it just ends up taking a blank snapshot or takes a picture of whatever is behind the plugin window.
I have tried updating to all the current versions of each plugin however its still doing the same thing.
I'm not having this issue with any of my other 64bit VST plugins so i just figured i would let you know i wasn't sure if i
needed to contact Image-Line or you.

My System:
Intel 4790K
Windows 8.1 64bit
FL Studio 12 official release 64bit
ALL VST's 64bit

Hi Jeremy, why not just use the snipping tool in windows, make a picture of it  save it in your picture files and then edit it in some photo editing software then set the pixels to 168 x 128,  24 bit depth.. works a treat :)

Yeah Thats what i ended up doing i asked image-line and they said they did not support the GUI System/functions of the Xfer Plugins
