How to change the colour that is the line on the knob

I have looked in the colormap and the pdf and i can't seem to find anything that changes this line (it appears on all the knobs after creation)
i have created my own knobs for a new skin, i have the small dot colour changed but just not the white line that appears on top

That would be a wonderful help

Thanks for the kind words -

The knobs are filmstrip images, it can be stylized to be things other than a line - it is bmp20222.png and bmp20260.png for the macro knobs.
