What exactly does "limited to 20 minutes PER USE" mean? Will it resume for another 20 minutes if I restart the DAW? or do I get to use it for 20 minutes ONCE and never again on that computer once that time window is over?

How do you "re-insert" Serum? Do you mean adding another VST track and copying/pasting the original track's content into the new track?
@steve_xfer I installed the Serum demo, and I can add a new Serum VST track within FL Studio now, but when I try to open a project that contains Serum, I get an error message that the Serum plugin could not be found/opened. Is there anything in addition I have to do (like relocating the files)?
The demo version isn't to be used with projects, it's strictly for evaluation of the software.
"re-insert" would be "deleting from your song" (track, or plugin insert, or e.g. new song) and re-inserting it.
