I tried to contact customer support regarding an installation on a new computer running OS X Yosemite I would like to set up NERVE and use it on my new system
But no one has gotten back to me. Can some one tell me how to contact XFER customer service for this matter?

Hello,

the last email I have received from you was Jan 10 2015 and the message was 'happy new year' with thanks.

The easiest way to install would be to copy NerveData folder from your old machine (probably at top level / ) and then install the update atop the Nerve forum.
Otherwise download 1.0 for the NerveData folder and install the latest update atop the Nerve forum.

That is strange, I have not been online and I don't remember that email. But the gesture would be me.
Thanks for the follow up here - I would like to get back into using Nerve now that I have a newer system.

I changed my password recently now - just to be safe

I tried using FXpansion Geist and besides the song mode and sample recording and editing I'm not into it
not as much as I like Nerve. I been also considering the new Groove Agent but Sternberg products are buggy
nothing like back in the day when software would just work right with out updates every five minutes

The Nerve software is nice is there any way to compensate you again for your hard work

I think you should maybe have sales once in a while on the plug in so that people
who want to buy it again and support you can do so!
Or maybe set up something like that so people can show you how much
they appreciate your hard work and dedication.

I'm keeping too busy with updating the plug-ins, I'm afraid! I'll let my customers like you have the responsibility to share music with the world. Maybe I'll make an album someday. I will have a couple releases later this year however!
