Hi Steve,
I followed those instruction and it works pretty well, thank you :-). How would you replicate this Psytrance gate like this one that was made made in Sylenth https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mohlbkFuL_Y with Serum?
I personally would just use MIDI, e.g. short MIDI notes (e.g. 16th notes that only last for half of their duration) with longer notes on the higher pitches. I would recommend posting in the Serum registered user forum if you're looking for some help replicating a particular sound, as there are some helpful people there!
Thanks Steve,
Actually I just figured it out. Used the MATRIX with the Source set to LFO2 and used Global > Amp for the destination as you said. In LFO2 I set the rate to 1/16 and the grid to 2. Then I drew a square shape in the first half of the LF0, and the second half is flat. For the filter I used a Band 24 and I assigned Macro 1 to the Cutoff. It works great! But I will check out for tips in the forum section you suggested.
