Fl Studio can't find Serum

I just bought and downloaded serum. I unzipped it into a folder under documents called xfer. I added the xfer folder to the manage plugin page in fl studio and scanned it, but serum still doesn't pop up?

In FL Studio: -> Options ->Manage Plugins, and add a Search Path in top-left to your VST folder location (e.g. C:\VSTPlugins) containing Serum.dll / Serum_x64.dll

I would recommend using FL64.exe and Serum_x64.dll but any combination should show up.

Start Scan in the top-left and you should see Serum in the main list of the FL plugin manager, favorite it (checkmark).

I uninstalled serum awhile ago due to performance issues, and now trying to reinstall it. I've reinstalled and tried putting the files in a path linked in the plugins manger but to no avail. I'm honestly kind of pissed I bought this, can't even use it and there's no process given for reinstalling.

The Serum_x64.dll needs be installed the VST2 folder location set in FL Studio.

For additional support open a ticket with [email protected] and provide a full screen shot of where the Serum_x64.dll file is being installed to and the FL Studio Plugin Manager location.
