I am very organized with my folder structures with preset split into packs, sound types, etc.
I would like to have a customizeable preset folder, or a list of folders that are meant to be scanned on startup. That way, i can have presets in a couple directories and not necessarily in the serum "preset folder".

Sub-Sub folders are supported - You can move the "factory" preset folders (Lead, Bass, etc) into a new folder e.g. "Factory".
I am able to find presets in sub folders through Serum, however the search function only works for my first couple of folders now, any advice would be appreciated! Also thanks for all your work Steve!
Try "Erase and rebuild database" from the browser menu.
