External Presets Not Making Any Sound

Hi there.

I need help with getting external presets to load. I've looked all over this forum and on YouTube on how to appropiately update Serum, but I can't seem to do it. 

I did it before, but I completely forgot. 

I've installed, uninstalled, installed demo, installed updater 3x to no avail. Nothing works.

I'm running Windows 10 (Razer Laptop), Fl Studio 12 and the Serum 2014 edition (i'm trying to fix this with the update). 

There were a few threads that looked promising, but nothing happened. I restarted my computer and everything. 

Please help me.
