Exporting Cthulhu Midi in Logic Pro

I'm trying to export the Midi notes being triggered into Cthulhu onto separate channel to manipulate and arrange in piano roll. I'm using CthulhuMFX as Midi insert in an instrument track.

I tried creating an instrument channel with external instrument input with input being IAC driver bus1 after linking the driver bus in environment page. When a copy the midi trigger notes for cthulhu onto this channel it plays a different sequence of notes.

Is there an easier way to either record the midi output of instrument with Cthulhu as Midi insert? Or directly copy the pattern from Cthulhu?

It's the same as with Logic's MIDI FX, you need to use a capture MIDI FX, there's a free one at audiocr.com - hopefully Logic will add the ability to print MIDI FX like most DAWs allow for.
