Does not find Serum presets

Everytime i open serum it says " alert could not find serum presets folder" I've tried for hours trying to fix it but i can't. What do i have to do?

You need to run the full installer if you have not. It should get located automatically.

If you are on Windows, I would recommend looking in /Documents/Xfer/ and verify you see Serum Presets folder. Verify there are files in there. If there are not, try disabling your antivirus software and re-installing. Alternatively you can extract "Serum presets" folder from the .exe by opening the installer exe in 7-Zip (freeware)
