Does the mention "Reason 9.5 is not supported" on the Cthulhu product page means that it works with Reason 10? I have read that Reason 10 does have MIDI Out but I can't work it out…

Reason 10 is not supported either AFAIK. You can ask Propellerhead if they have plans or ETA to add MIDI out support from VST Instruments. I'm sure the more they hear of it the more they might consider…

ive mentioned this to them. they said all vsts should work ok.
You need to ask if they support MIDI out to route MIDI from the VST, I believe the answer is no.
