Why does cursor turns into magnifying glass or arrows or hand every time I hover it over Serum plugin GUI in Live 11 on Windows 10?

Mouse cursors are an odd one, it is the DAW is setting that cursor, and this issue follows many (most any?) plug-in. I verified it happens with a whole lot of plug-ins, including ones using different graphics libraries, and not just Serum. I would suggest reporting it to Ableton. I'll see if I can do more to mitigate it on my end.
