Today I tried putting Cthulhu on a channel in Logic that was one channel in a 16-channel multi-timbral instrument (going to a Virus).
There seems to be a problem; when playing through Cthulhu, the output always goes to MIDI channel 1.
However, when I switched over to the built-in Logic X arpeggiator, it went to the correct channel (in this case, channel 8).
So I think I may have found a bug (?)
More an unimplemented feature. MIDI Channels > 1 are reserved for controlling Cthulhu in other ways. So you should send MIDI to Cthulhu on Ch.1, and it outputs MIDI on channel 1. If you need to send to Ch. 8 you'll need to rechannelize it after which you can do with Logic Scripter MFX placed after Cthulhu. I should be able to squeeze in an MIDI output channel selector in an update, however.
A channel selector would be a necessary feature IMO…
So please squeeze in a Midi output channel selector.
You could place a scripter after and channelize if needed.
