Cthulhu Chords Won't Trigger

I am trying to figure out why chords won't trigger, but arp will when I have Cthulhu set on Midi FX in Logic Pro X. I have a polyphonic instrument set up to create chords. I uncheck the Arp box with only the Chords box checked, but when I press one note, only one note generates. When I create a chord on the midi board, I can still hear a chord played, I just can't generate one in Cthulhu. Any ideas?

Most likely your MIDI controller is not transmitting on MIDI CH 1 - I would advise to try pencilling notes, or record the MIDI and look at the MIDI ch in the event list.
