correctly install serum

Can someone please tell me how I can correctly install serum on my windows

You should run the installer and select your VST folder that your DAW looks to for plugins.
If you aren't familiar with using VST plugins, I would advise to consult your DAW manual or search e.g. YouTube "Using VST Plugins in X" where X is your music making software
