Can't see Dimension Expander in Ableton Live 11, no matter which VST folder I install it to

As title says, having some difficulty getting dimension expander installed to my PC to be able to use it in Live 11. I have installed one of each/both versions of Dimension expander into both of my VST2/VST3 folders (just to be safe). I have re-started Live and refreshed my plug ins folder like ten times and I just can't seem to get it to work.

I installed Dimension Expander on my mac, and it works just fine in both VST2/VST3/AU form.

Anyone else having similar difficulties?

Having the wrong type for the given plug-in location can in fact lead to the plugin getting blocked.

I'd suggest to remove the plugins from everywhere, quit and restart Live like that. Then put DimensionExpander_x64.dll in your VST2 custom folder as set in Live Preferences->Plug-Ins.
